Changing my game from 720p HD to iPhone5 (both are landscape)

Is there a way that I can easily convert my game from 720p HD to the Iphone5 (both are landscape)? I tried but I would have to re-adjust every actor/image-size and position from my game... it would take ages...

    I guess a good question would be... is it necessary for me to downsize (720HD to iPhone 5) everything for the sake of performance on an andriod?

    Most Android phones have a higher graphics capability then 720p, So should not make any difference in performance.
