Reasonable crash rate?

I got a few 1 star reviews because my app doesn't work at all on some phones.
Most of the crashes seem to be within the Mali directory. (Haven't had a single snapdragon device crash yet)

I don't much about how things operate when it comes to GPU drivers.

I tried reading online about OpenGL and Mali drivers, didn't understand a word

Even though it says the crash free daily sessions are 99.9% , the crashes in the graph seem like too much.

What do you guys think?
