Tables for Dummies?

Is there an awesome, well-suggested, video that would fit the Titles Description?

I need a video that is all about Tables. A video that will make a Dummy go....AHAAAA!!!!!!! so that how this works.

I understand the sheet itself pretty much. But when it comes to the expression editor and tables combined. My mind blows up.
