How to update integer every minute by connect web page?

Hello everybody!
I have a question about update integer by internet.
I know Gamesalad can update integer in internet by Appformative.
But I have another idea, if I have a blog, can I update game's integer by my blog?
Blog is just a example. I mean connect a "web page".
For excample: Currency App
Most of Currency App, they always update integer every minute.
maybe "USD:TWD = 1:30" before 1 minute.
maybe "USD:TWD = 1:31" after 1 minute.
I think they connect them web page(bank's web page). Therefore, it can update integer every minute.
Can Gamesalad update integer by same way?
My English is not very good, please don't mind.
