IPAs NOT GENERATING PROPERLY

Is anyone having an issue with their .proj file not uploading/generating/signing properly. I have 13 apps all the same. except for language-specific artwork and I have not had this issue in the past. Now, instead of the ipa building to the typical 130-150 file size, the .ipa and .app files are abnormally small, around 14mb. Is anyone having this trouble. Is there a workaround?
