Obviously a problem for tech support, but from past experience, I'm concerned they might be under-resourced and their response time could be very long.
My browser still remembers the account password where I do not.
Creator has logged me out for some reason.
The password reset link in creator does not work and the password reset system on the website needs the current version of the password.
Any suggestions?
