Sumo paint... question

Does anyone who has used sumo paint before know how to rotate images the way you want it? I know that they give you a 90 degree and 180 degree rotation but I want a different degree of rotation. Anyone know how to do it?

    Ctrl-T will bring up the free transform tool. It will allow you to transform and rotate whatever you have selected. If you don't have anything selected, you can rotate and transform the whole layer.

    Position your cursor just outside the corners to rotate it.

    It will rotate around the pivot point, which is in the center by default. You can also move the pivot point if you want to.
