Publishing to GS Arcade or HTML5 Preview - black screen only

Hello.
Does anyone else have an issue with publishing to the GS Arcade or with HTML5 Preview - when clicking publish then 'Play' (once published), we just get a black screen with nothing happening.
HTML5 Preview also just shows black screen
