How do you get support with GameSalad?

For a paid-for app this GameSalad sure seems bereft of support.

How can you get in touch with anyone? - sending a support ticket doesn't work as it won't allow me to do so, just won't allow me to log-in to send.

Live Chat is never available.

Anyone?
