level one portal appears after completing level two

So I was in the getting started video tutorial and i finished setting up level 2 and when i launched it and completed level one, everything was fine. then after collecting all the gems in level 2 the level 1 portal spawned in level two scene. so now i have 2 portals in my level 2 scene. I tried researching but i couldn't find any solution for my problem. so i require help please.
