Monetizing an app: Subscription Model or InApp Purchase

Hi All

I would love some advice on how to monetize my apps more effectively. I have animal
adventure apps apps that have a story, quiz, dress up, tips. Locked down is a treat maker and a game. When purchased or subscribed to:

(a) no ads
(b) % of revenue for inapp purchase or subscription goes to an organization to help animals
(c) 3500 coins to unlock 5 achievement games
(d) All achievement games are unlocked
(f) Unlock new characters, backgrounds and ground images.

Here are the options?

Option 1: Targeted Ads....Page to Yes or No (non targeted Ads).... (in ap purchase: 1.99)

Option 2: Targeted Ads....Page to Yes or No (non targeted Ads).... (Click to Trial and Subscription 9.99 for a year after a week of trialing)

Option 3: Targeted Ads.... Page Watch a ad video or No (has code in for permission)..... Reduce coins they are collecting plus give coins for watching a video...... in app Purchase (1.99)

Option 4: Targeted Ads.... Page Watch a ad video or No (has code in for permission)..... Reduce coins they are collecting plus give coins for watching a video...... Offer a trial for a week ....9.99 a year to subscribe

Option 5: ??????????????
