the apk is not working

Hello,
I am trying to publish a game, I publish it, sign in, then try the apk on my android but cannot even start it.
I tried also to put the game on Amazon appstore, and run a test, but after download it, the game will not start and instead restart the download.

I followed the cookbook, but seems like is not updated since 2015.

I am loosing my motivation, and the hope...

Can someone help me?

    Check with our support team (the blue chat bubble on the bottom right). Be sure to give them a link to your game (https://publish.gamesalad.com/game/####/edit) which can help them diagnose the problem faster. In your case, I'd also put what device you're using and what Android OS version is running.
