New and Noteworthy Categories Refreshed, Bumps still there!

The New and Noteworthy categories look like they've been refreshed, and Bumps is still there, but just moved over to the right a bit

    Yeah but in all honesty, Bums has gained enough traction now that I doubt it even needs the feature spots!

    I would argue that, aside from the fact that Bumps is incredibly polished, the N&N feature is a big part of what created that traction. I know some of us have had less than positive results when featured, but those are usually not in the main store N&N (fewer people look at the category N&N). That and, who's to say that the N&N buzz didn't protect against a quicker descent?

    That is true BarkBark. People more often look at the front page of New and Noteworthy which is there Bumps is. I didn't even know the New and Noteworthy category existed, when I had one of my first apps featured under the games section in N&N, I couldn't even find it! So not sure how many people know it exists, although with the "Hot new Games" link that helps navigate people over there with the click of a button.

    There are a lot of great, and polished games that get buried, unless they are featured, people aren't going to go searching for your app, unless it gains some momentum on release day.

    I agree the front of the main store must of given it the big push.

    We are only ranked around the 200 games in UK and we had a new and noteworthy there (not main page).

    Now I'm not sure what will happen while were in whats hot as we have never been there before.
