I really don't know what to say except I'm very disappointed. Some people never learn.

That is a different version than CreativeSolution's...

CS has a poorly resampled blue icon with blurry pixelated duck in the middle...

    Nope, it's the same one.

Dr. Sam Beckett never returned home...

It is the same one. He took it down a few weeks back, and now it's back up.

I don't normally care or make posts about this, but it's ridiculous, and abuse of Gamesalad's policy

    12th overall in the US?

He takes it down for a few days when it starts to generate unwanted attention and criticism, but puts it back up once things have died down.

I saw it at number 106 in paid games on the US AppStore earlier today, so it looks like there's definitely some idiots out there willing to buy it. At least if it's making decent sales, and charting, it's going to be more visible and be more likely to attract Nintendos lawyers attention.

Are you sure he took it down? I didn't know you could do that and then put it back as the exact same game. I grabbed a copy when he first posted it with promo codes... before I knew anything about what was going on.

I wonder if it still has the GameSalad splash screen?

Would be ironic really, as putting aside all the previous arguments about it giving GameSalad a bad name, it's probably going to help fund the infamous Game Editor TM that we've heard so much about over the past week or so! (assuming he actually sees the money, and gets to keep it)

Yeah you can remove a game, and then put it back in the app store, at least I think you can?

Yes Chunky, that is some serious irony right there, nonetheless, a terrible way of going about funding something like that.

Yup, you just have to upload a new binary.

Every time I checked, it was in the app store. I don't think he ever pulled it. I think he may be banned from here, though... doesn't seem to have been around since the legendary "Game Engine™" thread...

That's another one of the "many" duck hunt apps squandering to get in the top 100
