Help With Crash Log

in iPhone and Android Publishing

So Im app got rejected by IOS because it crashed on a iPhone running iOS 12.1..3 on WIFI.. Can someone look at the crash below and tell me what is going? THANKS SO MUCH

    Did you see any crashes while testing it on iPhones yourself?

    No if never crashed on my phone but they said it crashed when if first started...

    i used the test flight and it worked never crashed. It always open for me

    That's frustrating. Sorry I can't be of held with the crash log.

    How many people did you test it with using Test Flight? And did they have a variety of iPhone models?

    Only model I haven’t tried is the X.... im trying to find someone with the X
