Why aren't customer service staff responding to the question now?

I have ask i question through right down side blue message systeem, but there are no response until now... Why aren't customer service staff responding to the question now?

    me too. I asked for help from 02/14 and now is 02/25.

    I have no intention of piling on, but I would like to see some communication from the GS team if they do still exist. I have had a couple of questions as of late and never heard a response.
    Granted It could be me using one browser and then opening another browser, like chrome, and just missing their responses in one browser of chat. But I have legitimately started trying to learn Godot or Gamemaker through Youtube in the case that this goes belly up.

    Has anyone heard anything from the GS Team in a while
