Have a question about Mac publishing

in iPhone and Android Publishing

I haven't updated my apps in a while so I started doing this last night.
I have gone thru the process of generating my app. I get the 2 files the application file and the .ipa file.
But I'm unable to get Apple Application Loader to take the files.

I think there was another step but I can't remember it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Make a folder called Payload and put the generated .app file inside. Zip it (archive it). Rename the extension .zip to .ipa and you are ready to roll!
