plz help me on randomizing a flashcard quiz game

Hello I'm new to GS just started yesterday.
I'm working on my very first project which is a kids ABC app with flashcards.

What I want to do is to create a quiz game with flashcards.
When a certain question is given(ex. when a voice saying A is played), three cards with different alphabet will be displayed so that a user can choose one of them.
Also I want to create a scene with 10 sets of those questions and then a score on the end.

I watched a couple of tutorial videos on making a quiz app using tables, but I wonder if i could do the same thing not with texts but with jpgs.
Please help!
