If you are used to windows creator, it is a bit awkwardly designed, but I am shifting my game to online creator, because for the book that is the latest version out of all the creators.
If you check the device settings under the game tab, you can see what kind of platform it supports, including HD.
On the right under game display size - click on it to show what kind of display size required by different devices. You can create according to the size and I believe when you export you can select the platform.
attribute- poorly designed, under game or actor tab, there is a search box, just right of it is the + sign.
As I said it is awkward because stage and backstage cannot be opened together, only one at a time.

where is the book and the device setting and where can i declare my attribute or variable lol. just start playing
there is no setting under the game tab. although there is a gear icon under Fonts tabs but there isn't any platform stuff
