Scrollbar issue in Creator, Windows 10.

I've just bought a new laptop and installed the GameSalad Creator. It runs perfectly fine apart from this one bug; on the 'Layers' tab when I'm scrolling up and down with the scrollbar, it will only scroll through a few rows before stopping and the mouse pointer changing icon to as if I'm dragging something to stage. I'm getting this bug on Windows 10, I never experienced this bug on my Windows 7 Laptop.
