subscription model apps

Hi - cant seem to find an answer on this.
Does GS allow us to implement a subscription based model for our apps?
If not is this something that might be in the works?

    We do not support subscription model apps at this time, though we should. I'll look into it for a future release.

    This is available! (A rough version at least in RC)

    You set it up just as you would a regular purchase, the only difference is that this purchase expires after the set period.
