what's a good CTI (click to install ratio)?

I'm using Startapp and my CTR is amazing

pretty cool huh?

problem is these 8,000 clicks only got me 66 Installs which accounts for less than 1% of the total number of clicks.

I searched online and saw that the average CTI rate should be hovering around 10%

What CTI's are you guys getting for those that are advertising amoung you?
