how to make a hd game,just use the higher dpi pictures?

could someone tell me how to do this?
only use the latest gamesalad verson can build a hd game?
just use the higher dpi pictures?

I have been in use before the picture 72dpi, 480x320

    HD is more resolution not dpi
    so for ex games for retina screen - still 72dpi, but 640x960

    Is not never had a hd iphone game，hd game is iphone games ported to ipad，but ipad's screen is larger than the iphone, so we should change the screen size for ipad,change the iphone game screen size to the ipad game screen size is "hd game"

    or only iphone 4 have hd game?iphone4 dpi is 960x640

    HD is just a lable being added to game names that usually have an iPhone version. It's so you can use the same name usually. Build to the device resolution. In the case of iPad 1024x768.
