can i use this engine to make game like pokemon and etc? ( RPG)s? + more question

can i add voice acting to charecters? can i make my own assets? if yes what app supporting this engine? also, can i make cutscens? simple ones

Voice acting: yes. You can import recorded sounds.
Custom assets: yes. You can import graphic files.
Cut scenes: with limits. No video unless you import every frame for playback.
