Only confirmation I can find says 100MB and that was about 5 years ago. Is it really capped at just 100Mb?? That's not much at all.

It's currently still 100mb. After we get out of dependency heck for our current Android build (lots of upgrading), we're gonna tackle Android extension files, which will let you get past the 100mb cap (by placing the game project in an extension file).
