Can we currently publish to App Store, GP and Amazon?

I'm approx 2 or 3 weeks away from publishing a large project and getting nervous about it, seeing several posts about publishing issues. Are we currently able to publish to App Store and Google Play without any crazy work arounds? Gonna be super irritated if I have to pay someone to help publish my app.

If we are at a time where the software has to get up to speed with updates, what is the ETA before we can publish properly again?

    Does your game have ads? If so, you'll need to check the latest status of ad networks. If not, then for at least GP and App Store you can publish with no problems. Signing the APK for Google Play is (temporarily) a little trickier than before but only takes a couple of minutes. I haven't published to Amazon for a while but I'm not aware of any issues.

    So essentially yes, you can publish.
