can't log in or create a new account in appformative

i like to make a game with time based rewards but i forgot my password in appformative, i tried to recover it but there is an error and couldn't send the mail. i also tried to make a new account but there is also an error in the confirmation mail and i don't receive it.
are there other sites like appformative for gamesalad?

@Hopscotch has gone awol again. Both myself and a client of mine has been trying to reach him for weeks he just ignores all emails, Skype message and PMs. What was once a really good thing for GameSalad is sadly distant again. You can't even buy a product from him now as he has disabled the buttons on the website and you have top contact him directly to activate (but you can't contact him!)
