Can't upload new icons in publishing portal (edit: works in chrome)

Hi Everyone,
Been a long time, I was looking to update some of my older apps for 64bit support but the portal isn't uploading any of my new images for the icon / splash screen / loading wheels. Is anyone else experiencing this? I've only tried one browser so far, gonna install chrome next to see if it works there.

I guess in my typical game salad history, when I post a question I figure it out. Works in chrome. Didn't like safari.
