Google Play IAP Error

Hello, every one, our game is preparing to update the new version, but I found a problem with IAP (please see the picture for the message). We tried to re-cover the Bundle ID in Actor and Table, but the problem still exists.

Then, we found that using the tester account, the purchase message can be displayed normally. But if you use a general account, the Error in the figure will appear.

Can anyone please give us a solution for this plz? Thx a lot >.<
