scrolling long text

Hi,

In my app I'm trying to show very long text.

I put it inside a table cells, and I'm showing every time only 1 cell.

In some cells there is more the 100 line maybe more then that sometimes...

I created an actor and the text is inside the actor, I tried to scrolling it with "Cam and Drag" method, the Cam here is changed to the text actor so the screen is not moving it's just the text.

But the problem is when I drag the actor too much out of the screen it get destroyed.

any ideas on how to solve it?

Actors get destroyed when 500px off the scene. (One of the many little things I hope @adent42 finds the time to add some control over one day). To get around it, make your scene taller and move the camera up. The idea is to avoid it ever going over 500px off the scene, and instead to just move down (or up) the scene.

yes I thought its something like that..it will be very cool if the control over the text in gamesalad

can I change the Height of the screen when the app is running or I have to do it before the app launch?

You need to change the scene height, rather than the screen height, so it has to be done manually in Creator.
