Google cloud server setup help

Hi,

I saw the discussion about the option to connect google sheets to Gamesalad I tried to do it but I don't understand how this works..

I'm creating an app that the user can Register, Login and Logout within the app and add data to tables and I need to upload all the tables to server so if the user will delete the app he can download it from the App Store again, login to the app and all the tables will download from the server back to the app so the user will not lose he's data.

There is someone here that can help me setup all of this from scratch?
