You only need 1 request purchase data that will pull the whole table. 1 to -1 means "start of the table to the end."

You enter 1 to 5 for example if you wanted to specifically only pull rows 1-5 and not past that. 1 to -1 just means "the whole table." I've personally never used anything else.
