I got an animation of 250 frames that does not work

the title says it ...

the animation works fine on gamesalad and the gamesalad viewer but the REAL application (not the gamesalad viewer but the appliction with the icon )

what sould i do ?

some specs :
the animation is 480X320 and have 1 Mo

250 frames is probably killing the device at that size.

Try taking half the frames out. See if it works then.

If it does, you'll have to take every 'other' frame out and fiddle with the anim speed to make it look ok still.

It's been awhile since I made the app. But I got 300x to work with WhaleTunes? Same image size. Should work.

You could also break it in half.
