How do the payments appear in your account?

When you get paid, do you see a payment from 'apple' or something different... I have not received any payment despite making over $150 in one particular region.

How does it appear for you?

    first off.. in itunes connect make sure you have a txt file in the list of financial repots where the filename ends in PYMT.txt for whichever regions you are over $150 with.
    (note...July's files still have not been delivered)

    Once you see the report in your itunes connect account, the money should be in your account a few days later. Should be pretty obvious from the reference what it is...but they are all slightly different depending on which region its from.

    So you have to make $150 worth in EACH region before getting paid? That seems tough, because some regions are very small... It might take a long time

    So if you don't make $150' does that carry over to the next month, I hope?

    @FranzKeller It's not difficult to gather 150$ from each territory. There are only 6. United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Worldwide, Japan. In US is very easy to gather 150$.

    @BarkBarkCo No it's not. If you check you financial reports you will see only the 6 I mentioned.

    If you mean that if you don't pass the 150$ limit the previous month and the money go for the other then yes.

    I have just got an email saying the payments section in itunes connect has just changed...

    A brief look and it seems like they are scraping the $150 in each region and now will pay out 4 times a year....

    What does everyone else gather from this new addition?

    ohh no 4 times a year!!!! i hope that doesn't start until we get the Bumps money:P end of next month.

    Umm we haven't been paid from last month yet and this new report area in itunes is showing June....dunno what's going on.

    Maybe apple is hoping we don't notice... :)

    I just hope that the figures from apple match up to my appfigures information...

    I highly doubt they are only doing payments 4 times a year. In their e-mail about the changes, there is this bit of text, "In addition, we've reduced the thresholds required for you to be paid, increasing the likelihood you'll receive proceeds each month."

    So if it was just 4 payments a year, why would they say "each month"?

    lower thresholds (than 150$) would seem to be GOOD news for debs
    Especially us independents who don't have EA sized ad budgets ;-)

    Does that money add up with ALL the apps you sell?
    Thus it's better to have several apps (though good ones!) for sale

    "each month" would imply that we'd still get paid monthly?

    But the question is - what is the quarterly event about?

    Isn't the legal world sad when it takes an entire forum of people to figure out a "simple" document? ;-)
