Need help with my RSI…..

Need help guys. I’ve been playing games ever since I was a kid and I’ve played more than 100 Roblox games till date. I can’t even tell how much I love playing Adopt Me! But I’m afraid I’ll have to quit playing the game as I recently discovered I suffer from RSI (repetitive strain injury).
For those of you who don’t know what it is, it’s basically when your muscles or nerves starts paining when you’ve been doing repetitive movements for long. In my case, the doctor told me to stop using the mouse a lot (ik sounds weird), or use a vertical design mouse.
Now when I play adopt me, it just requires me to do similar tasks over and over again which increases mouse usage a lot. Is there any way I can skip the tasks like bathing, eating etc. or maybe automate them? I’m just looking for anything that’d help me stay away from the mouse while playing it.
