The keystore was made in Gamesalad.

    Update. I was helped by Alex again thanks Alex. If anyone is having this problem you'll have to generate a keystore in the command line. (replacing the bracketed parts):

    [drag in keytool.exe] -genkey -v -keystore [nameOfKeystore].keystore -alias [name of key] -keyalg RSA -sigalg SHA1withRSA -keysize 2048 -validity 10000

    If this doesn't help contact customer support.
