Hi guys! The team is aware of this, and I'm available on chat support (replying to requests for information about the outage)

Hi, what is the general answer to fix it? Or do I have to write to the chat support to solve it? Wouldn't it be better to post the solution here? Sorry for the insistence but I need to update an application urgently and I can't @uptimistik @adent42
Unfortunately, it's a system-wide error, it's not just your project. They are working to find and repair the issue and everyone will be updated when it's back up and running.

Ok thanks, I hope it will be solved soon.
So do I, I have been working on a tutorial for the community and I can't launch until publishing is back up and running :(

Things should be good again. They won't restart some old builds though, so if you're build is still stuck, right click on the Build button and open it in a new tab, that will restart another build and fix the button once it's complete.
FYI the issue was with one of our servers.
First issue: the publishing interface server went down on Friday and we had to bring it up as a new machine. That changed some IP addresses and we forgot adjust our firewalls to match on the build server. So any builds between when we got the new server up and found the firewall issue were stuck.
Second issue: sometime this weekend the icon server for iOS builds went down, so builds were stuck there.
Again, sorry for the inconvenience.
I was able to compile again, thanks!
