Anyone one having trouble with compressing game and uploading

Every time i compress a game its stops toward the end and doesn't finish. If i copy the game to another folder than and compress it there it works fine. Its only 20 mb.
When i upload using application loader i get a codesign error. I have done this countless times with different apps with no problems. Any ideas or suggestions.
