Small bug within Rule window

Hi @adent42

I've discovered a bug which although seems relatively small, is proving to be a bit of a pain.

When hovering the mouse over the Attribute value so as to read it, it is constantly flickers. This makes it very difficult to read.

I'm using Creator 1.25.104 / Catalina 10.15.7

P.S. Custom resolutions within the viewer now save and are working perfectly. Still noticing a slight memory leak but luckily I have lots of RAM so just need to close and re-open GameSalad every once in a while, not a biggie.

    Thanks for the feedback. I'll take a look into it. I'm not sure if I can fix it quickly since it's likely an issue with how the new OS handles things, but we'll figure something out.
