(I need help) Getting old game made with gamesalad working

I programmed a game 12 years ago for iOS before IOS 11. I only have an IPA downloaded from the Apple Store. It is currently no longer in the applestore. In the ipa I find all the information but I have no programming knowledge and I don't know how to reinstall it on an old device and have it work or update it for a current device.

Would someone be so kind as to help me get it working again?
