is the publishing site for generating the .ipa file down?

i cant generate a file to download since yesterday. is anyone else having this issue?

    Is Gamesalad still active even? I can't seem to renew my membership. Hopefully just a glitch.

    yeah but they seem to do nothing, i had a $13 membership, need it to upgrade so i can publish, but link is not working, i contacted them but never got a response, i ended making a new account and pay the $30 fee, unfortunately i feel this is a dead program, i need to find a new one if they dont fix the issues.
