You'll have to capture the sound output from your Mac to get it into GameSalad -- I believe Audacity can do this (free).

Some of those allow you to download the result. Others you will need to record using something like audacity.
I contacted Acapela Group a while back and they were charging per character or time limit for generated sounds. Since then, they've put up the Acapela Box.

This one is $111 at Ritz Camera and well worth it, but you can get cheaper ones
Trust me, Those robotic voice overs don't reflect well in games
I think there are pretty options available in market to convert any text into speeches.....

These are trying to be more "natural" so if you want something more robotic, they may not work.
