Place for Video Game sounds for Shooter

I'm looking for some great old school or current gaming sounds for a vertical shooter (ie space invaders), but preferably more current sound bits.

Let me know if anyone has some good references, I looked at soundsnap but they didn't have too much

Here's a freeware program that will generate unlimited retro sound effects.
