Images being split.

I have used Gamesalad on my windows computer for a few weeks and know the basics. I have just bought a new macbook pro with retina display and after downloading the software I found when a game was previewed all the images were shown only as a quarter of the original image. I thought this was because of my laptops different resolution but i changed the resolution and the problem was still there. Are there any suggestions or is it just something that isn't supported and will be in the next update. Thanks in advance.

Hmm, shame that wasn't it for you... so if the images are identical in size + resolution for both Windows as well as the laptop versions, and the actors are same size too, I'm at a loss to know why there's a difference in size visually, personally... here's hoping another member can suggest something else... best of luck, hope you get it sorted.

There have been a few threads related to this lately (e.g. http://forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/46592/problem-with-adding-actors-to-my-scene#latest). Have you checked the images' resolution to make sure they are 72 dpi?

I've just tested games online at the arcade and they are working perfectly. Should i re-install Gamesalad?

    Hi @gamewizard99

At a guess, maybe you've got Resolution Independence checked in the GameSalad Creator version on your laptop, but not on the Windows version?

Thanks for the help but I've just tried it both ways and it still doesn't work. I suppose it must be because of the different resolutions but I now have tried nearly everything.
