I set the app to appear on June 11, but Apple approved it today. I noticed that even though I set iPad version of the game to be released today, it was still being treated as an app that was launched on May 31.
So, since the iPhone / iPod Touch version was approved today. I changed the launch date to tomorrow.

I haven't sent out any promo codes for the iPhone / iPod Touch version yet.
I wrote to Apple about clarification on that. Does that mean I can't send the codes to places like Canada or Germany?
