Flipping device flips controls when using accelerometer

In my game the character is being controlled by the accelerometer. On my ipad, when my home button is to my right, the device functions normally. However, if I flip the ipad over so the home button is on the left, the screen rotates correctly but all of the controls are flipped and still act like the home button is on the right. Is there some checkbox I'm missing somewhere that will make this not happen?

    Either don't allow the flipping of the device by changing the settings in the publishing portal and re-publishing the game or plan for it by checking if the device has been rotated and then change the controls as needed. There is no automatic check box that will do that check and update for you, you'd need to do it manually with Rules.
