Can anyone help me decipher this?

    Did you try to sign it with your adhoc or developer provisional profile? You gotta do it with your Distribution profile. You may want to recreate prov profiles and try again. Make sure xcode is up to date also

    All I've ever did was follow the cookbook every time I Apple publish and it usually works fine
