HTML5 and Windows Publishing

Hello everyone!
I might have skipped few chapters, but can anyone tell me where did the HTML5 publishing go? I cannot seem to find it on the Portfolio menu.

    HTML5 publishing is a 'Pro' feature. You will need to update your subscription to publish with 'HTML5' again. If you had trial time left, you will be considered a 'Trial' user and you can publish to the Arcade, but not with HTML5 export.
