Trouble mouse click on actor.

I'm creating a dress up game that base on click.
Not drag and drop.
So I've created a Rule that if mouse click on this actor, it will spawn another an actor.
But when I click on other actor including background, it also spawn the actor even though I didn't want it.
So, what did I do wrong?
How do I make mouse click only this actor to trigger the event.

If you've got the rule on the actor you want to press and the background isn't a copy of that actor then the background shouldn't activate when pressed. Check to see if the background isn't a copy of the actor you want to press.
