how to make my actor move on swipe left and right like the game subway surfer

in Help Wanted

I want to know how to swipe touch left and right , I don't need up and down.

I want that when i swipe left in my phone touchscreen the actor turns left once and done not constant.

for example like the game subway surfer
has three lanes
so when I am spawned in the middle lane if I turn swipe left I go to the left lane or if i swipe right goes to the right lane.

I appreciate any help

    There are many tutorial videos that explain how to use swipe controls in GameSalad. Just about every one of them has an attribute that stores the swipe direction. Once you have that direction, you can use it to move an actor constantly or just have it interpolate or change position immediately. Start by Googling gamesalad swipe.
